Hey David, I just wanted to update you all with Buddy! He is 7 months old now, and he was from Gracie and Links litter in June 2010. We love him ohh so much and he is SOOOO very beautiful! Buddy is so very smart and has been a great puppy. Before purchasing a lab we heard lots of other's comments suggesting labs were tough puppies to raise. Buddy has had his normal puppy slip ups but he learned from those mistakes quickly. Also, he became potty trained very quickly. Again, we just want to Thank You All so much for him! We love him and we're thankful for him everyday!!!
Thanks so much, Kevin and Heather Mattison
Adopted a Boy and a Girl!!!!!
Hi David and Vicki!
Morgan here, just wanted to check-in and let you know how the puppies are doing! We took them to the vet last friday just for a little check-up/first visit and Drake(our boy) weighed 9.3lbs and Bailey (our girl) weighed 8lbs and are perfect in every way! Everything is going well, they are making themselves at home and love to play/wrestle and snuggle each other. So glad we got BOTH! I have included a few photos just taken. Thank you for all your help in getting us our babies!

Hello David & Vickie,
Hope you all are well. We (Eric Alderman & Hannah Fields) adopted a yellow lab from the kennels back in June, from Toby & Abby’s litter. We would like to thank you both for such great business. We are extremely satisfied with the puppy. We are the couple that wanted the “all white” lab but chose the puppy that had the least yellow out of the litter. “Aspen Cotton” is a healthy six month, smart, and handsome male. The only yellow he has is just the outer edges of his ears, other than that his coat is a beautiful white! We are planning on training him for hunting. However, Eric & I are considering adopting a female white lab sometime in the near future from you all! We have had SO many compliments on “Cotton” and have referred people to Bladen Springs Kennels for their next puppy JWe simply wanted to keep you all updated on Cotton. He is a much loved boy and we are completely satisfied with the results. There are some attached pictures and will be sending more of Cotton in the future! Again, thanks so much for an outstanding job with your business.
Eric & Hannah.

Hi Vickie and David,
We just wanted to update you on Lexi (from Bailey and Toby litter). She is 12 weeks today and weighs roughly 13 lbs! She is such a smart and amazing dog. She slept through the night and understood the concept of potty training by the second week she was home! She now comes and sits on demand and we are working on a couple other tricks. She loves helping with the laundry, whether it’s trying to jump in the dryer while we load it or running of with the cloths on the bed. She is quite the character.
People constantly stop us to pet her and tell us how cute she is. She LOVES the attention. She is such a sweet puppy. Jeff and I could not imagine our lives without our little handful. She is the perfect start to our family. Thank you so much!

Hi David,
Sorry this took so long to send. I'm not sure if you remember me, I came up from Florida to adopt one of the pups from Abby and Toby, the April 25th 2011 Litter.
He is an amazing dog, a spoiled member of the family. From his first few weeks with us it became apparent that we made the right choice. (He was the yellow and white male), there were 3 other whites to choose and you suggested he "might" be the "pick". Well...I believe he was... as of today, he is a healthy happy, 85 pound puppy. Hard to believe we can call 85 pounds a puppy!!
From the pics you can see that he has his fathers head and body. He is a big boy, Extremely intelligent and loves to swim. We have a beach park for dogs.
I took him for his first swim about 2 weeks after I brought him home, it was obvious it was bred into him, because he swam like Michael Phelps!
My son has a lab about 2 weeks younger and she doesn't have near the same affinity for water. At about 5 months he could swim against the current. We just wanted to thank you for this addition to our family, forgot to mention, his name is Jackson, or Jax for short...full name is Moose Jackson "Jax" Shea, named for our yellow lab Moose who passed away 1 year ago this March.
Thank you again.
